DAY ONE

PARKING

Parking is available free of charge at the Orange Metrolink parking lot on the corner of Lemon and Maple. In addition, you can find non-metered street parking along Cypress and Maple streets. Read the city signs carefully as many streets require a city permit.

REGISTRATION & SIGN IN

On the first day of the intensive, arrive 30 minutes early to the Partridge Dance Center. This will provide you ample time to find parking, check in at our registration table, tour the facilities and get situated. Registration begins at 8:00am (Pre-Pro), 9:30am (Adv/Pro) and 10:30am (Pedagogy).

WELCOME ORIENTATION & PLACEMENT CLASS

The Welcome Class will include a brief orientation, getting-to-know-you icebreakers, and a series of class exercises and BD phrasework. During this class, the faculty will observe dancers and place them into tracks based on technical skill and artistic maturity. This ensures a positive and challenging experience for all of our participants.
