RULES & REGULATIONS

Note to all Students: All rules and policies will be strictly enforced. The Backhausdance Chaperone has absolute authority to enforce these guidelines. Disciplinary problems will be dealt with on an individual basis and may result in expulsion (with no refund) from the program.

OFF-CAMPUS TRIPS

For participants under the age of 18 an Off-Campus Release Form must be signed by a parent/guardian and returned to Backhausdance in order for the student to leave the Ayres Hotel Orange without a chaperone. Participants who do not have signed permission to leave the hotel will not be allowed to do so except in the case of chaperoned travel and outings. Minors should notify the Chaperone of where they are going and when they expect to return. Minors with parent/guardian permission to leave campus without a Chaperone may only do so in groups of two or more.

AUTHORIZED ADULTS

Family/friends may be authorized to check a minor out for the evening and/or on the weekends. The adult taking the minor student must be authorized by a parent/guardian on the Authorized Adults Form ahead of time. The on-campus chaperone should be contacted prior to pick-up to arrange sign out.
