IMPORTANT REGISTRATION DATES:

November 27: Registration opens
March 1: Early pricing ends. Regular pricing starts March 2.
April 1: Deadline to request quad occupancy chaperoned housing.
May 1: Deadline to request double and single occupancy chaperoned housing.
June 15: Registration closes. Programs may sell out before June 15.
July 1: Tuition balances due.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required at registration. Tuition deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.

REFUND POLICY:
Tuition deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions. See below for refund schedule on remaining tuition:

Cancellation before June 1:* 100% less $300 non-refundable tuition deposit
Cancellation after June 1: No refunds. No exceptions.

  • At this time, registration for our 16th Annual Summer Intensive at Chapman University remains open. As this situation with COVID-19 is extremely dynamic, we will continue to monitor new developments and adhere to the recommendations of the CDC and county/state officials. If you are planning on registering, or have registered, we will be keeping in close contact with you over the next weeks and months. In light of the current situation, we have extended our cancellation policy from April 15 to June 1.


STEP 1:

 

Register online.

Submit a non-refundable deposit OR full tuition payment. A confirmation email will be sent within 72 hours of receipt of payment.

STEP 2:

 

Submit balance payment.

Tuition balances must be received no later than July 1 to guarantee participation. To receive the early pricing, balances must be received before March 1.

STEP 3:

 

Receive electronic info packet.

An electronic packet with additional details pertaining to the classes, faculty biographies, recommended attire, evening activities and performances will be sent before June 1.
