8-WEEK DANCE WORKSHOP SERIES

Discover the joy and benefits of movement in a welcoming, creative space for adults of all ages and abilities—including caregivers, veterans, and older adults. Led by professional dancers from Orange County’s award-winning Backhausdance, this 8-week workshop series supports mobility, memory, social connection, expression, and healthy aging. No dance experience needed. You can move from a chair, with a partner, or standing freely. The series culminates in a celebratory showcase and a special company performance.

Note: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
