The Woeful Maladies of Ennui Manor features dancers performing on a grass covered stage. Working in a
narrative form, Ms. Backhaus found inspiration from the artwork of Edward Gorey and has created a cast of diverse characters, exploring the dynamics of interpersonal dysfunction as well as individual eccentricities. With live music by the Robin Cox Ensemble,The Woeful Maladies of Ennui Manor is set to an original score by Alan Terricianno. Original costumes designed by Rhonda Earick.
