TIM AGLER - PHOTOGRAPHY graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Biopsychology from Tufts U. and went on to: work as a finisher in a boat factory, a substitute teacher in a junior high school, a dolphin trainer and assistant curator in an aquarium, and graduate from George Washington U. law school, practice law in California, take dance classes for 14 years, take photo classes at Orange Coast College and finally has shot dance photos for the last 20 years for such clients as, Chapman U., Santa Ana College, CSULB, Mt. San Antonio College, Backhausdance, Celebrate Dance, John Pennington, Pennington Dance Group, Sarah Swenson, Vox Dance Theater, Djanbazian Dance Co., Jacob "Kujo" Lyons, Lux Aeterna and numerous dance schools. BEN TUSHER - LIGHTING DESIGNER / PRODUCTION MANAGER Ben is a designer for dance and theatre whose work has been seen throughout the United States, Spain, and Japan. For Backhausdance, Ben's work includes Shift (Lighting and Scenic Design), 00:13:20:21 (Lighting and Sound Design), Arrive (Lighting Design), and The Woeful Maladies of Ennui Manor (Lighting and Scenic Design). In addition to his collaborations with Backhausdance, Ben has been an Artist-in-Residence and Visiting Assistant Professor at UC Riverside for the past ten years. As the Director of Production and Operations for The Wooden Floor (previously known as Saint Joseph Ballet), Ben has created over 25 designs for noted choreographers including Melanie Rios Glaser, Donald McKayle, Mark Haim, Sally Silvers, Nami Yamamoto, and Beth Burns, among others.
