Our expanded BD Online / Move with Us platform is growing! Backhausdance dancers will be teaching from their homes and you can join them, too!

BD Dancer Chihiro Sano invites you to join her for a weekly yoga class every Wednesday morning at 9am. Practice various postures to build a strong, healthy body. This class is a great way to get moving and gives an opportunity to connect to others while experiencing joy, love, and overall well-being.

Move with us for Every Body! Zoom Experience the joy and art form of contemporary dance with Backhaudance through a fun and lively class designed for all ages. Learn and explore Backhausdance techniques and repertory through warm-up, creative movement sequences and using the full space of your room or home. No experience needed. Feel free to dance from your chair if you would like to!
