NADAV GAL
Nadav Gal is a choreographer, movement coach, and rehearsal director working with dancers and performers across creation and performance processes. His work focuses on clarity, physical awareness, and helping performers make authentic choices, challenging them physically while supporting the work.
He began his career as a dancer with Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company in 2009, and later joined Eyal Dadon Dance Company, performing and touring internationally for several seasons. He then moved into leadership roles as a company manager and rehearsal director at KCDC’s young company, guiding dancers in their first steps within a professional environment.
He has since worked as a choreographic assistant, creative collaborator, and rehearsal director, restaging full works and supporting productions with choreographers Martin Harriague and Lea Bessoudo Greck in companies including Ballet de l’Opéra du Grand Avignon, Leipzig Ballet, Scapino Ballet Rotterdam, and Ostrava Ballet.
Alongside his work maintaining performance standards by guiding dancers through different creative processes, Nadav teaches movement as a tool for awareness and creation, working with dancers, actors, musicians, and anyone interested in developing a deeper connection to their body. His approach encourages performers to trust their instincts, take ownership of their choices, and discover a more personal and honest way of moving.
